Build Your Career With SouthWestern Shine Janitorial LLC
We provide high-end, premium facility care across offices, medical facilities, financial institutions, churches, gyms, new construction, and more — and that standard starts with our team. We're looking for people who take pride in the details and show up with purpose, every shift.
Growth From Within
We promote from within whenever we can — many Full-Time Cleaners started as Flex, and many Operations Managers started as Full-Time. Sales is the one team we always hire externally.
Where We're Hiring
Currently hiring in and around Missoula, MT — candidates must be able to commute. Other cities and states are coming soon as we grow into a multi-state company.
Position Availability
Decisions within 3–5 business days. If approved and the role is filled, you'll join our wait-list. If not approved, we encourage you to gain more experience and reapply.
B2B Outside Sales Representative
We're looking for a hunter — someone who thrives on building relationships and closing large, stable commercial contracts. You'll represent a premium brand to facility managers and decision-makers at medical facilities, financial institutions, and other high-standard commercial spaces across our market.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and close new commercial cleaning contracts with medical, financial, and corporate facilities
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs and needs assessments to build tailored, premium-tier proposals
- Speak credibly to compliance-driven environments — understand what regulated facilities expect from a cleaning partner and scope proposals to match
- Own the full sales cycle — from cold outreach through contract signing
- Coordinate account handoffs with Operations so every new client's first service matches exactly what was sold
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast reporting
- Build long-term client relationships that support account retention well beyond the initial close
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B outside sales, ideally in facility services, commercial real estate, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with good references
- Comfortable with a hunter-style, commission-driven sales cycle
- Polished, professional presence suited for medical and financial client environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
Compensation
$45,000–$55,000 base salary + commission
Commission Structure
- One-time jobs: 8% of the sale, paid once
- Recurring contracts: paid out monthly, starting at 10% of that month's contract value and decreasing by 1% each month (10%, 9%, 8%, and so on) until it reaches 0% — each payment made only while the contract remains active
- Loyalty renewal bonus: a one-time 2% of that month's contract value, paid each time the contract passes its one-year mark
- If a contract is lost or canceled, remaining commission on that account stops
Operations Manager / Field Supervisor
This role is the backbone of our service reliability. You'll manage a dedicated set of assigned accounts, lead quality control, and be the person who ensures a client never experiences a missed clean — no matter what. As we grow, we expect to bring on additional Operations Managers, each overseeing their own set of accounts.
What You'll Do
- Conduct documented, scored site inspections across your assigned accounts — quality is measured, not assumed
- Own the call-out protocol: when a cleaner calls out, immediately deploy an available Flex Worker, unlock the facility for them, and perform a final walkthrough inspection before client hours
- Step in personally to execute the clean yourself when no Flex Worker is available — ensuring the client's service is never missed
- Train cleaners on site-specific execution — the layout, protocols, and standards unique to each of your accounts (company-wide hiring, onboarding, and compliance training are handled separately by our HR leadership)
- Enforce safety standards across your accounts: proper chemical handling, dilution, and protective equipment
- Lead, coach, and hold your team accountable to our premium service standards
- Manage supply inventory and equipment maintenance across your accounts
- Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with good references
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Able to perform hands-on cleaning work when covering call-outs, including lifting up to 40 lbs
Company Standards
- Compliance Bonus: All hires receive a $50 bonus upon successful completion of mandatory compliance training.
- Uniform Standards: We maintain a strict, professional uniform dress code requiring company-standard footwear and pants while on any job site.
Compensation
$30.00–$35.00 per hour
Full-Time Commercial Cleaner
Our premium routes are built on trust — clients expect the same high standard of care every visit. This role is for someone who takes pride in independent, detail-oriented work and can be counted on to deliver that standard without being told twice. Many of our Operations Managers started right here.
What You'll Do
- Execute detailed, high-touch cleaning and sanitization on your assigned premium commercial routes
- Follow cross-contamination prevention protocols — separate tools and cloths for restrooms, break areas, and workspaces — especially critical in medical environments
- Handle, dilute, and store cleaning chemicals safely according to labels and training; keep equipment in working order
- Follow each site's security procedures exactly: alarm codes, key control, and end-of-shift lock-up verification
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding anything seen or heard inside client facilities
- Complete a cleaning checklist after every client visit and report any low or depleted supplies to your Operations Manager
- Work independently to complete routes to company standard with minimal supervision
- Communicate promptly with your Operations Manager regarding any site issues
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with good references
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for a full shift, with frequent bending and reaching
- Comfortable working independently, often during evening or after-hours shifts
Company Standards
- Compliance Bonus: All hires receive a $50 bonus upon successful completion of mandatory compliance training.
- Uniform Standards: We maintain a strict, professional uniform dress code requiring company-standard footwear and pants while on any job site.
Compensation
$25.00 per hour

Prove yourself reliable during emergency call-outs and you'll earn first priority for a full-time route when one opens up.
What You'll Do

- Cover weekend and after-hours shifts across multiple commercial accounts
- Deliver the same premium standard as our full-time team on every job — same checklists, same protocols, regardless of notice
- Follow cross-contamination prevention and chemical safety protocols at every site
- Follow site-specific access and security procedures exactly: alarm codes, key control, and lock-up verification
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding anything seen or heard inside client facilities

Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, with good references
